Can I call to book an appointment?

All of our booking is online via the “ BOOK NOW” button on the home page.

I need help picking out what services to book?

We’re here to help! Fill out the new client questionnaire on the NEW CLIENT PAGE and you’ll receive an email within 24 hrs with appointment recommendations. Returning clients that have questions can email Arlow Salon at Hello@Arlowsalon.com

Where is the Salon located?

We are located inside THE PLAINFIELD BEAUTY AND WELLNESS SUITES at 4998 Theodore St. 60586

How should I prep my hair for my appointment?

Touch up appt- hair must be free of any temporary root sprays

Color Services- hair should be tangle free + can be clean or dirty as long as there is no product build up

Haircut- preferably in the state that you usually wear it/ want to wear it so the stylist can create the best style and versatility for your look

Extensions- Clean dry hair

Can I bring a guest or child to my appointment?

We are currently only allowing clients with a booked service into the building. This allows us to give our clients the best service while keeping everyone safe.

Is there parking available at the salon?

Yes! There is a full parking lot right in front of the entrance to the building.

Can I bring food or beverages to my appointment?

Yes of course! We also have small snacks, sparkling/bottled water, Nespresso coffee, and wine all complimentary for your appointment.

Can I get food delivered to the salon?

Yes! You’re more than welcome to get food delivered to the salon, just let your stylist know.
